Xiaoyan (Cheyenne) is a CPA for small business.
She is a CPA for real estate investors and professionals.
But before she is a CPA, she is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada. She is an organic farmer, and owner of a few other endeavors. She has a master’s degree in tourism and another master’s degree in business administration (MBA).
After she started working in accounting,
she works with clients from all walks of life, among them, attorneys, doctors, farmers, restaurant owners, RV park operators, short-term and long-term rental owners, and foreign investors.
She totally understands the unique challenges and needs of the small business owners, and the ups and downs of real estate investing. She loves learning about her clients, educating them and help them grow.

Most small business owners didn’t set out to become a bookkeeper/accountant, and without proper knowledge and training, the financial information can be inaccurate or missing. Our team can take over the accounting headaches, or train your capable staff to become good book keepers. I can also help with payroll preparation, payroll tax returns, 1099 forms, sales/use tax returns, worker’s compensation insurance audits, etc.

My team keep current on the updates of the complex tax laws to identify opportunities and minimize your tax liabilities through tax planning. I can offer advices on both your business and personal tax situation to make sure that the tax laws work to your advantage. My team can prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates, LLCs, and corporations in a timely and accurate manner.
